Gennia Baldwin is the heartbeat of Baldwin Properties and an advocate for providing quality housing options for Birmingham’s citizens. She serves the company in multiple roles. As Chief Operating Officer, Gennia oversees the operational elements of Baldwin Properties and builds relationships with community/corporate partners for the company. She also works closely with the team to ensure properties and tenants are adequately serviced. From filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and quality control for the premises, Gennia provides efficiency to the team.
Gennia is also a Member of One Roof Continuum of Care in Birmingham, Alabama, and Board Member of LIHCA (Low Income Housing Coalition of Alabama).
