Baldwin Properties has served the Birmingham community for over thirty-five years by providing affordable housing to residents in the most underserved communities. It is our core belief that revitalization becomes real when low-income citizens and our elderly feel connected through an enhanced quality of life. We focus on distressed properties within Birmingham metro neighborhoods, and we aim to redevelop and improve these communities by providing adequate and affordable housing. We believe in our city, and our duty is to enrich the lives of the tenants we house.

We offer single family homes, apartments, duplexes, townhomes, and multi-family units.

Yes, we also accept other organizations Housing Vouchers as well.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

Generally, maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24 hours.

We offer 12 month rental agreements.

Please call our office to file a maintenance request.

Generally, the security deposit is at least $600. However, the security deposit for properties may vary.

We accept money orders made payable to Baldwin Properties.

No, pets are not allowed.
